Accelerated Online Associate of Arts degree
with an Intended Transfer Major in Communications

You can get on the fast track to your Associate of Arts degree with an Intended Transfer Major in Communications (102).

The degree can be completed online, and takes just 18 months. Students who begin the program with some college credit or who have applicable working training certified through ACE or military experience may finish the program earlier.

Students move through the program as a group and generally take two classes each session. Each of the courses for the degree is available online, so classes do not require time spent on campus. Using an accelerated eight-week semester format, this program allows you to complete your degree much more quickly than other programs.

Entry Requirements for the Online Accelerated Degree Program

• Complete all entry requirements for Florida Community College
• Complete the advising form and submit to the Accelerated College office
• All transcripts must be received from all previous schools attended and from learning experiences including DANTES, CLEP, and Excelsior
• Accelerated degree Program Coordinator must give permission to enroll in the degree program
• Remedial courses, if needed, must be completed

When You Complete the Program
