Colleges and Universities
It is one of more than 1,200
colleges and universities that actively recognize ACE credit
recommendations.
It costs nothing. Program participation is free. Colleges and
universities familiar with ACE's rigorous evaluation process accept
ACE credit recommendations to promote access to higher education
for adult learners. In return, they get access to a pool of adult
learners who are primed to enter a degree program, as well as
the opportunity to foster potential partnerships with corporations
that employ these adult learners (many of which have tuition reimbursement
programs). What's more, they get national visibility in the National
Guide to Educational Credit for Training Programs.

ACE works closely with organizations to promote lifelong learning
to the adult learners they serve. From brochures and newsletters
to press releases and internal web sites, a variety of current
resources are used to keep students well-informed and encourage
them to further their education. Additionally, adult learners
consult The
National Guide to Educational Credit for Training Programs.
Adult learners often decide to enter a degree program when they
learn that they have a jumpstart on the required number of credits
to complete their degree. Of course, colleges and universities
accept ACE credit recommendations based on their own policies
and requirements for each particular degree. ACE provides colleges
and universities with comprehensive information about the courses
and the evaluation process to facilitate informed and fair decisions.
