Military Advisors

All FCCJ campuses have academic advisors to help students with program and degree decisions. Our military advisors are unique in that they not only understand programs of study, they are also well versed in military credits awarded through the American Council on Education, evaluating SMARTs and AARTs transcripts, advising on financial matters such as VA benefits and Tuition Assistance, and helping enroll distance learning soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, National Guardsmen and Coast Guard personnel.

A Military Education Institute advisor will work with you to complete an SOC agreement and advise you on which courses in your degree plan to begin with based on the degree requirements and any credits transferred in from other educational institutions.

To contact a military advisor, email military@fccj.edu.
